How To Order For Video On Demand On Free TV

Free TV users can make a video demand of Nollywood blockbusters through PLAYVOD platform as follows:

  • Connect the PLAYVOD dongle via your Free TV Set-top-box/Decoder USB port.
  • Go to www.pcom.dtvpass.com/vod
  • Provide your Unique ID and other requested personal information.
  • Select a desired blockbuster movie and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button to complete your order and convert your living room to the cinema.

How To Make A DAF Renewal

The Digital Access Fee (DAF) Renewal is done annually (yearly) with  1500 Naira but New Free TV customers are required to pay this fee in order to activate their set-top box though Free TV Nigeria recently announce free 2 months access for its old and new customers starting from 4th April 2020 in measure to suppress the spread of COVID-19 pandemic as directed by the federal government.

Follow these steps to renew DAF:

Online DAF Renewal

  • Visit pcom.dtvpass.com/online.html and provide your Unique ID Number and other personal details.
  • Select ‘DAF’ as a bouquet and click make payment and complete your order.
  • Refresh your decoder by sending RF UniqueiD to 07050303939

USSD DAF Renewal

First Bank Account Users who have activated First Bank USSD services should follow below procedure not forgetting to have at least 1500 Naira for the payment.

  • On your First Bank USSD activated phone number Dial *894*89413142*1500#
  • Input your BoxID as prompted
  • Input your First Bank USSD PIN
  • You will be debited immediately the payment is confirmed.
  • Free TV channels will start showing on your decoder within 10 minutes but if not showing within 20 minutes just send RF + Box ID to 09051411500 or call 0700388727.

Access, Citibank, Ecobank, FCMB, Fidelity, Jaiz, Keystone, Polaris, Stanbic, Standard Chartered, Union, Unity or Zenith bank users who have activated his/her bank USSD services should follow below procedure not forgetting to have at least 1500 Naira for the payment.

  • On your Bank USSD activated phone number Dial*402*89413142*1500#
  • Input your BoxID as prompted
  • Input your Bank USSD PIN
  • You will be debited immediately the payment is confirmed.
  • Free TV channels will start showing on your decoder within 10 minutes but if not showing within 20 minutes just send RF + Box ID to 09051411500 or call 0700388727.

  1. This particular channel, ONYX TV has been showing the same thing for the past…well only God knows how many months that has been going on. The same episodes of every movie or show…just continuous repetition. Please do something about this or delete the channel from free tv.
