The University of Benin Teaching Hospital is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for admission into the UBTH School of Nursing and Midwifery.
UBTH School Of Nursing Application
The UBTH Admission Form 2020/2021 is currently on sale for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme of which upon completion candidates will be awarded a Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).

University of Benin Teaching Hospital Admission requirements
- Applicants must not be less than the age of 18 years.
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) CREDITS in WASC/SSCE/NECO on not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
How To Obtain The School Of Nursing Application Form
- The school of Nursing Application form can be gotten from the office of the Principal after paying a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) through Remita Platform in any bank under the service type ‘Training School – School Of Nursing&.
- The applicant should also make a separate payment of N200 into the Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State Account Number: 2050003858, First Bank of Nigeria.
- Applicants should fill the application forms and submit alongside four (4) recent colored passport photographs of them which must be taken latest two weeks of submitting the completed application forms.

- Completed application form submission ends on Friday 7th August 2020.
- Exam Date: Saturday 15th of August 2020.

UBTH School of Midwifery Application
The UBTH School of Midwifery Post Basic programme is run for Eighteen (18) months after which candidates are awarded (RM) Certificate.
UBTH School of Midwifery Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) CREDITS in WASC/SSCE/NECO on not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
How To Obtain The UBTH School Of Nursing Application Form
The Application form can be gotten from the offices of the Principal/Head of Department (School of Midwifery) after paying a non-refundable fee of six thousand five hundred naira (N6, 500) into the UBTH Account with TSA through REMITA Platform in any Bank in Nigeria, under the service type: ‘Training ‘“ School of Midwifery&.
