Stock Controller

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria

Functions

• The position holder manages all stock and ensures the minimization of business costs incurred from stock purchases and utilization.
• S/he controls stock delivery, issuance, movement, inventory, and stock holdings to avoid losses or theft.
• Ensures regular provision of stock items as at when needed to the team.

Marketing Officer

Functions

The Officer is responsible for delivering the commercial performance across the Cinema division of VIVA Cinemas which includes revenue and subscriber volume targets. As well as creating specific propositions and offers for targeted customer segments, leading subscriber growth and retention initiatives, guiding insight and analytics (both historical and future-facing) to optimize commercial performance, planning customer marketing campaigns, and tracking performance across all these activities.

• The position holder is in charge of all day to day technical operations of the cinemas and also ensures that high quality and standards, in line with Health & Safety requirements are maintained.
• Accountable for the planning, organizing, and implementation of the maintenance and operation of performance-related equipment at the cinemas, such as projectors, speakers and other technical systems used during movie screenings or cinema events.

Job Requirements

• Applicants should be experienced in the editing of media/video materials, such as raw footage/trailers.
• A minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience is required in a similar role: Cinema, Projection, etc.

Team Member

Functions

• The position holder is accountable for rendering a high level of customer service, communicating effectively company initiatives that improve the customer’s cinematic experience.
• He/ She work as part of the cinema team in various work stations and various work roles as box office, usher or concession attendant.

Janitor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria

Functions

• The Janitor ensures that all areas of the cinema are regularly neat including the waiting area and restrooms.
• S/he is expected to complete all routine tasks on time and to standard, within his or her scheduled shift, to prevent disruption to theatre operations.

Job Requirements

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Should be able to work with little supervision.
• A great degree of trustworthiness and integrity is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Applicants must be able to manage time efficiently and produce quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Expertise in a cinema, retail, hospitality or leisure environment.
