Join Startup Nigeria for free Training, Mentorship, Equity and Free Funding
Startup Nigeria is a new innovation under the intervention of the National Social Investment Program (NSIP) and it is set up by the office of the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Startup Nigeria is created to help Nigerians increase their entrepreneurial and technological skills
The selected aspirants known as the ‘Startups’ will be mentored and trained freely for 3 months to nurture their immature skills and creative mind, after which they are given equity-free funding to empower and venture the acquired skills into market space.
The aspirants who are not selected for the 3 months free training, mentorship, equity and free funding are not to worry because they will be given ‘support in business model generation, customer acquisition, and other business engineering skills – from Startup Nigeria representatives located in every state in the North Central and South-Eastern zones of the country’.
The registration ends on 17th June 2019.
Who is Eligible for the Startup Nigeria Training, Mentorship, equity and free Funding?
For the moment, an application is accepted from only the individuals and residence of North Central and southeast zones of the country.
- South East
- States: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo.
- Eligibility: Any person with an idea or skills in commerce or Fintech and must be a resident of any of the above states.
- North Central
- States: Benue, FCT, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau.
- Eligibility: Any person with an idea or skills in Agriculture and Governance and must be a resident of any of the above states.
